Midwinters Family department have teamed up with Settify, a company that provides a secure online platform into which you can input information relevant to your case, prior to meeting with us.
The purpose is to help minimise your worries, by providing up front relevant details as to your position and what concerns you have. You don’t have to give any information online that you are not comfortable with at this initial stage, and you have the option to stop and save and request a meeting with us.
Once you have completed the process, you will receive a customised report which will give you an outline of the next steps.
We are then notified that you are interested in speaking to us, and we will carry out a conflict check and contact you usually within 24 hours, to make a convenient appointment. We receive a copy of the report which enables us to prepare for our first meeting. This cuts down on the time it takes to obtain your personal details, meaning that we can spend more time listening to your concerns and answering your questions We can then provide advice and guidance to you, tailored to your situation and your options going forward.
